The Fine Print:
No refunds, credits, make-ups or transfers will be issued for missed classes, unless we must cancel a class due to low enrollment, for which a 100% refund will be issued. Make-up classes due to weather will be scheduled at the instructor's convenience.
Enrolling in any class offered at Anam Cara Living Arts Studio & Gallery (ACLA) constitutes your agreement that ACLA cannot be held liable for any act or injury, illness, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur during the course of any program, including open studio time. Personal effects, artwork and art supplies are the students' sole responsibility at all times. ACLA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program or terminate any student's enrollment in the event of unreasonable or disruptive conduct or failing to follow ACLA's policies and rules.
Publicity waiver: Unless otherwise informed, ACLA considers photographs and video taken on-site of students, members, or their artwork to be permissible for publication, without remuneration, in ACLA promotional materials, including print and electronic formats.
